4. **Legal Evidence Submission:** We actively contest all fraudulent chargebacks. In the event of a dispute, DewCura will automatically submit your complete transaction history, IP address, device fingerprint, matching AVS/CVV verification logs, and carrier-certified delivery tracking proof to your financial institution. Fraudulent claims will result in immediate cancellation of your account and permanent blacklisting from our platform.
